Jennifer Cowan Promoted to CEO
Jennifer Cowan, CFC’s Executive Director for six years, has been elevated to Chief Executive Officer. Under her leadership, CFC has expanded programs, diversified funding, and strengthened partnerships. She has steered the organization through challenges like the pandemic while fostering a culture that values excellence and innovation. As CEO, Jennifer will continue driving CFC’s mission forward with a focus on equity and impact.
Dr. Jessica Reynaga Named Chief Program Officer
Previously Director of Programs, Dr. Jessica Reynaga now steps into the role of Chief Program Officer. She will oversee Resource & Referral, Subsidy, Trauma-Informed Programs, and client services. Her leadership has expanded program enrollment, leveraged data for service improvements, and secured funding for growth. As CPO, she will champion high-quality, inclusive programs and further expand community support.
Welcoming Patricia Oliver as Chief Operating Officer
CFC is thrilled to welcome Patricia Oliver as Chief Operating Officer. With a strong background in operations and leadership, Patricia will focus on enhancing efficiency, workplace culture, and customer service, ensuring CFC remains a trusted resource for families and early childhood educators.
