Communicating with parents is the key to promoting a culture of family engagement and bridging home and school. Maintaining a
high level of communication is particularly important for parents of children with special needs. These conversations with parents,
however, can be challenging and difficult to approach. This training will explore practical strategies to approaching difficult
conversations and building positive relationships with the families of the exceptional children in your care.
