Leadership and management are terms that professionals often use interchangeably. However, they embody very different pedagogies that ultimately lead to the creation of unique work cultures. This training will explore the theory of servant leadership as an alternative method to traditional management. Participants will explore the research behind this theory and the practical strategies that allow professionals to put this develop a deeper understanding of themselves as servant leaders.
