Health and Safety Reimbursement Scholarships Now Available

Health and Safety trainings

Early childhood educators are now eligible for Health and Safety Reimbursement Scholarships for the new fiscal year (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) at Connections for Children!

Health and Safety trainings – including Pediatric Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, and Preventative Health and Safety – are key professional development opportunities required of all early child care providers to help maintain a physically safe and nurturing environment for young children.

Reimbursement scholarships are available to licensed center staff, licensed family child care providers, and license-exempt child care providers on a first-come basis, as long as funding is available. Scholarship applicants must provide care in Connections for Children’s service area.

*Scholarships are limited to three staff per licensed facility, with a maximum scholarship amount of $150 per person.
